Seal Top Roof Management was founded on a simple conviction: commercial roofing clients deserve a partner who takes ownership of the outcome, not a subcontractor who disappears after signing the contract.
Based in Dacula, Georgia, we started by serving the greater Atlanta metro area with a commitment to technical precision and direct leadership. Over seven years, that commitment earned us the trust of general contractors, property managers, and facility directors across six Southeastern states.
Today, Seal Top operates across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama, managing complex commercial roofing projects from new construction to full restoration. We are manufacturer-authorized installers for some of the industry's most respected brands, and every project is led directly by our ownership team.
