Previous contractors had made repeated repairs — but the leaks always came back.

Seal Top assessed the roof and recommended a full restoration system instead of another patch job.

Scope of Work

- Metal substrate cleaned and prepared

- Metal primer applied to ensure adhesion and treat rust at the seams

- All seams and penetrations sealed with Silkoxy Patch

- 10-year Silkoxy H3 silicone membrane installed over the entire surface

Result: Permanent waterproof seal. No more tenant complaints. No more callbacks.
